These instructions describe how to create your own installation of GPMDB
using a collection of result files from the public GPM servers to initially
populate the database.
This document assumes that there is no existing GPM software installed on
the machine which will host the database. If this is not the case:
- update your GPM installation to the latest version, including the newest version of the Tandem engine.
- be careful not to overwrite contents of existing folders, as the directory structures are very similiar.
- at the end of this document are instructions for adding your existing results to GPMDB.
Because of some subtle differences, there are seperate instructions for
Windows and
Linux.
