The Amethyst collection is composed of MS/MS spectra obtained from
QSTAR mass spectrometers. Spectra obtained from both MALDI and
electrospray ion sources are included. The current collection (04/05/01)
consists of 20,634 spectra, separated into 4 XML files and a directory of
DTA files. This collection is available in zip
or tar file format.
