The Opal collection is composed of MS/MS spectra obtained from
QTOF mass spectrometers. Only spectra obtained from
electrospray ion sources are included in this version. The current collection (04/05/01)
consists of 6796 spectra separated into 4 XML files and a directory of DTA files.
This collection is available in zip
or tar format.
